Discover how to get the most out of your lawn this spring and summer by following the steps below.
Don’t Be Overeager
You may think you have to rush to start working on your lawn as soon as that first warm day of the year appears, but don’t do too much too soon. Give your soil time to thaw and dry out in order to make sure you will get the most of out your yard in the coming seasons.
Don’t Use Dull Mower Blades
Even if you aren’t sure you need to mow yet, early spring is the perfect time to make sure that your blades are dull. Dull blades can damage your grass which will result in your lawn looking far less appealing.
Assist the Snow In Melting
If there is still snow covering parts of your lawn, you can help to make it melt by breaking up larger piles and spreading them up will allow the snow to disappear much faster.
